But even before that, he was a familiar face within WBE. As a driver, he had been driving orders at the auction for 19 years.

Tell us about yourself (age, relationship, place of residence, etc.) 

My name is Ronnie Marijt, 38 years old. I am married and have 2 kids, a son and a daughter. I like jokes. I was born and raised in The Hague, but have been living in Zoetermeer for several years now.

What are your hobbies (besides the hard work at WBE)?

Football used to be my hobby. But nowadays I like going out for dinner and watching a movie. And of course, I love having fun with my family.

What did you study? 

I did VMBO, then another 2 years KMBO.

What did you do before you started working at WBE? 

I just finished school before I came to work at WBE. I had vacation the moment before i started working. 😉😉

In which department do you work at WBE?

I work in the Box. First I was a driver in the auction for 19 years and now, for almost 2 years, i’m a controller at WBE.

At which branch do you work?

Naaldwijk

What does your average working day look like? 

I check the pick orders that leave the box and check the goods that enter the WBE box. I also have a lot of contact with the sales department.

What do you like best about your job? 

I think WBE is a nice company with an extraordinary but nice team to work in. I have enjoyed being a driver for a number of years, but the position I now have is also fun and great to do.

What do you like least about your job? 

In my job nothing really.

What is your favorite product? Why? 

Nobilis! I like Christmas and the Christmas ambience.

Do you have any ambitions within WBE? 

I wouldn't know what's possible, but I'm never too tired to learn or tackle something when there's a chance.
