If you are looking for innovative cut greens, the Phlebodium leaf is definitely recommended. Not only does the cut green have a special shape - no leaf is the same - but also the color makes it a popular product in our webshop.
In our latest blog, we tell you all about this refreshing cutting green. Curious about its origin, facts about the leaf and how to process it? Then read on quickly.
This beautiful cutting green, also known as Blue Fern, is loved for its elegant, soft-looking leaves. The leaves have a blue-green color and a wavy texture. The combination of color and texture makes Phlebodium perfect to combine with other products.
As mentioned earlier, no leaf is the same. Some leaves have 6 leaf fingers, others more or less. This immediately gives Phlebodium a playful effect in any bouquet or arrangement. We also offer the leaves in different lengths, allowing them to be used in both large arrangements and bouquets.

The unusual leaf grows naturally in the treetops as an epiphyte. This means that the plant grows as a "parasite" on the parent plant, without taking nutrients from it. For example, Phlebodium grows in the Florida swamps high up in the trees.
However, our Phlebodium comes closer to home, namely from Spain. We import cut greens in various lengths on a weekly basis. In Spain, the cut greens are grown under black nets, which means they do not grow high in the trees as an epiphyte.
Thanks to its special blue-gray color, the leaves allow an excellent combination with other colors. Phlebodium is highly recommended for the wedding season, which has already begun. From colorful arrangements to pink shades, Phlebodium can actually be used at any time.
